Add extension update folder (#4929)

* Add extension update folder

* Check the update folder exists before trying to use it

* Remove old jars under different names for the same extensions

* Store file path to save on calls

* Fix storing path

* Update languages

* Update core/src/main/java/org/geysermc/geyser/extension/GeyserExtensionLoader.java
