EAR 2 evaluates the entities activity on the already incremented entity
tick. This diverges from spigots behaviour and hence needed adoption for
their item ear fix.

Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing
