Subject: [PATCH] Entity#getEntitySpawnReason

Allows you to return the SpawnReason for why an Entity Spawned

Pre existing entities will return NATURAL if it was a non
persistenting Living Entity, SPAWNER for spawners,
or DEFAULT since data was not stored.
