Spottedleaf c1def9d852 Updated Upstream (CraftBukkit/Spigot)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Add PlayerInitialSpawnEvent
For modifying a player's initial spawn location as they join the server
This is a duplicate API from spigot, so use our duplicate subclass and
improve setPosition to use raw
