PaperMC/patches/server/0282-Optimize-Captured-BlockEntity-Lookup.patch
Spottedleaf da9d110d5b Remove chunk save reattempt patch
This patch does not appear to be doing anything useful, and may
hide errors.

Currently, the save logic does not run through this path either
so it did not do anything.

Additionally, properly implement support for handling
RegionFileSizeException in Moonrise.

Subject: [PATCH] Optimize Captured BlockEntity Lookup
upstream was doing a containsKey/get pattern, and always doing it at that.
that scenario is only even valid if were in the middle of a block place.
Optimize to check if the captured list even has values in it, and also to
just do a get call since the value can never be null.
