Jake Potrebic cca94c1a21 Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit/Spigot) (#10085)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Fix GameProfileCache concurrency
Separate lookup and state access locks prevent lookups
from stalling simple state access/write calls
