Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit/Spigot) (#9648)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Don't lookup fluid state when raytracing
Just use the iblockdata already retrieved, removes a getType call.
