Upstream has released updates that appears to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Optimize RegistryMaterials
Use larger initial sizes to increase bucket capacity on the BiMap
BiMap.get was seen to be using a good bit of CPU time.
