* Add PlayerInsertLecternBookEvent

* Rebase

Additionally, moves the event call higher up and removes the lectern
block state clone from the event.

* Shrink correctly

* move methods

* rename param to cancel

* fix javadocs

* more javadoc fixes

* fix co-author on patch from yesterday
