Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit)
Upstream has released updates that appears to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Add ThrownEggHatchEvent
Adds a new event similar to PlayerEggThrowEvent, but without the Player requirement
(dispensers can throw eggs to hatch them, too).
