Added LED color customization option
- ColorPickerView.java: based upon "HoloColorPicker" which is Open Source - ColorPickerDialog.java: a dialog which wraps ColorPickerView - Added options in SettingsNotificationsActivity - Now MessagesController gets the led ARGB color from SharedPreferences (Keys: "NotificationLEDColor" and "NotificationGroupLEDColor")
